➡️ Everyone has a great few days out, but then they return to the environment and workload they were already dealing with (and it might feel harder after time out too!).

Introducing the Leadership Strategy Builder.

After too many years (!) working and leading in HR and now running my own Leadership Development and Coaching business, I see the same issues come up, time and time again.

We get excited about an investment being signed off for leadership development, and we go straight for a solution when we need to step back.

Not to slow things down or find excuses, but to ensure that the investment is undertaken with clarity and a direction that leads to a positive return on investment.

I want to help you achieve sustainable impact in your organisation, or at least a clear understanding of what can be realistically achieved based on your constraints and, therefore, an ROI measure that reflects that.

This is about helping you create a strategy first. Then you can decide on the right solution based on reality rather than how long they’ll remember how good the lunch buffet was.

What is it?

The Leadership Strategy Builder is a set of Masterclasses (live in a group), implementation sessions and tools to help you take action.

It is about helping you create a plan for yourself to take action on a strategic approach to leadership development to get closer to a clear and positive ROI.

This will be something you can use over and over, and it is a guide and support group to help you make this happen.

Each Masterclass and Implementation Session will provide ample time for questions, and depending on the group's requirements, a community group can be created to keep participants connected.

  • There’ll be 4 Masterclasses of 60-90 minutes covering the 4 key areas:

    • Clarity

    • Culture

    • Capacity and Capability

    • Commitment

    Dates and times for the masterclasses will be arranged around the group being onboarded.

    There will be an introduction call for all participants before the first masterclass.

    Each masterclass will be live via Zoom, with attendance required for maximum benefit.

  • During and after the Masterclasses, there will be 2 Implementation Sessions.

    These are to help troubleshoot and address challenges you are facing.

  • Each Masterclass will arm you with tools and resources to implement the key parts of the Leadership Strategy Builder.

  • Places are currently £450 and Organisational Tickets (3 places) are £1,200.
