When I started working as a professional Leadership Coach, I discovered the realities of the skill, behaviour and mindset gaps.
This meant addressing skill, behaviour, or mindset challenges through coaching.
I’m more than comfortable and happy blending development, coaching, and mentoring, but I wanted to give my clients and their leaders a choice.
That’s where the Boost Hub comes in.
With the Boost Hub, the leaders I’m working with have access to all the relevant skills, behaviours, and mindset development they need to be confident and effective.
Then, we can use their coaching sessions to focus on them, help them reach their full potential, and maximise their performance.
The Boost Hub is part of any Boost: Next Level Experiences or can be invested in as a self-guided experience. You can use it as a bridge between in-person sessions within your organisation or as a starting point for your leadership development strategy.

What’s inside the Boost Hub….
Welcome and Planning
A self-guided experience doesn’t mean they have to figure it all out themselves.
Leaders will find a welcome and orientation to the Boost Hub (which you can see below). There are also resources to help them reflect and prioritise their development areas and inspire them to tackle some of their key challenges.
Leadership Lessons
Leaders will have access to all the video clips, resources, and worksheets to support their development of skills, behaviours, and mindsets.
They’ll use the plan they’ve created in the first area to focus on the priorities, then they can work through the rest of the lessons as required.
Leadership Workouts
These Workouts will help Leaders gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and effectiveness in key skills, behaviours, or mindsets.
They are prepared in a way that gives them focus, guiding their reflection so they can embed a long-term sustainable approach.
Expert Sessions + Extra Resources
This will give them easy access to all Guest Expert sessions and Hot Seat Sessions if they couldn’t attend them live or revisit them. (This part is for those in a Boost Next Level Experience.)
Everyone can access the Purple Sky Thinking for Leaders Podcast and Ask Anwen.
If your Leader has a specific challenge they’d like a perspective on, they can submit it in this section.
Book 1:1 Sessions
If your Leader is getting stuck or wants additional support exploring their learning, reflections, and actions in more depth, 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring will help.
In addition to being on a self-guided experience, Leaders can add a Leadership Coaching Plan or grab a Power Hour!
This is for those not already on a Boost: Next-Level 1:1 Experience.
Access to the Boost Hub Community
An interactive space for all members of the Boost Hub and Boost Next Level Experiences.
Connect with other Leaders to share experiences, ask questions and get support.
There will also be a one-hour session each week when a Leadership Coach will be live in the Community Chat to answer direct questions or provide support.

If you prefer to manage this via a payment plan rather than pay all upfront, you can - this will still be a 12-month commitment.
Quarterly Plans are £110 per Quarter
