Highlighting - How you influence the performance of your team.

On the last Friday of every month, I share with my Purple Sky Thinking for Leaders subscribers a brand-new self-guided Leadership Learning guide.

For April, the topic is "How you influence the performance of your team".

In this free leadership development resource, leaders will be guided through coaching questions that give them an opportunity to reflect on how they are influencing the performance of their team.

They can then build their own strategy to enable their team to do their best work and to be at their best, as we know this is the path to positive performance.

They'll explore a video clip from the brilliant Simon Sinek on how leaders can create trusting teams, and there are exercises to help them to set their own intentions for how they want to lead their team.

There are practical ideas for how they will hold themselves to account and an editable Activity Sheet to support them capture their thinking and actions, aligned to the activities.

As the title suggests, these Leadership Learning guides are aimed at those leading people and teams, but they would also be useful for those supporting the development of leaders.

Feel free to sign-up for yourself or encourage others to do the same by accessing this link.
