Part 1 of the Day will cover:

A practical look at the theory of organisational change
What this means for Leaders and their teams
Techniques for leading change successfully
Making it make sense
Resetting the deal - for the team and individuals
Overcoming resistance
Achieving true adoption and ownership
Leadership mindsets for successful change leadership - being remembered for it (for the right reasons!)
Part 2 of the Day:
Introducing the Leading Change for the Real World Simulator!
No VR or role play to worry about - this is a practical practice at leading change.
Putting Part 1 into action - with time to think, reflect and learn across the team.
There’ll be a lovely lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
The day will be co-facilitated by Paula Brockwell of The Employee Experience Project and Anwen Bottois of Purple Sky Consulting.
