We’ll explore the importance of relationships and how to get better results by listening in a way that truly builds connection.

Communication isn’t a one-way process and learning to implement thoughtful listening skills and behaviours will enhance how you connect to build stronger relationships.

You’ll leave this interactive workshop with fresh ideas and practical approaches you can implement immediately.

In this afternoon session with Anwen Bottois from Purple Sky Consulting, you’ll develop your coaching style of leadership - enabling you to improve your relationships, and the performance and development of your teams.

We’ll put the foundations in place so your coaching conversations for an immediate impact.

We’ll be doing live practice coaching sessions (not role play!), so you can leave feeling more prepared - and with some of your current challenges resolved!
